Our ‘Year of Exploration,’ a six month journey of highs and lows, and twists and turns, ended where few predicted.

The season has ended. We made the finals when no one thought we would, yet dished up one of our worst performances of the year when it mattered the most.

St Kilda are not a finals team. Saints fans, we’ve heard this all year. From salty opposition fans, from anonymous social media accounts, and from AFL journalists, commentators and supposed experts.

Another home and away season has come and gone, and we finished it off competitively at The Gabba to land in sixth place

We are alive. There is a pulse. Phase one of our three-step feline family demolition is complete. The Tigers have been put back into their enclosure, and now the Cats and Lions await.
